Delete your data
PS Trophies — ar.com.indiesoftware.ps3trophies.alpha
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete my data.
- Read what will be removed, then tap Delete everything.
- A second prompt asks you to confirm. Tap Delete permanently — this is the point of no return.
- Your data is removed from our servers and the app signs you out.
There are two prompts on purpose: the first explains what goes, the second makes sure it was not an accident. Nothing is deleted until you confirm the second one — closing either prompt, or tapping Keep my data, leaves everything untouched.
By request
If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email playstation@indiesoftware.com.ar with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your PSN online ID. Requests are handled within 30 days.
What gets deleted
| Community | Your messages, and any images you attached to them |
| Reviews | Game reviews you wrote |
| Feedback | Feedback you sent, and any screenshots attached |
| Favourites | Players you favourited |
| Wishlist | Price alarms you set |
| Notifications | Push registrations for your devices, and your deals subscription |

What is not ours to delete
- Your PlayStation Network account and trophies. These belong to Sony. PS Trophies only reads them — deleting your data here does not change anything on PSN.
- Your Google Play purchase history. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive or store purchase records. Manage them in the Play Store.
- Anonymous diagnostics. Crash reports and analytics are not linked to your identity and cannot be traced back to an individual to remove.
Retention
Deletion is immediate — there is no grace period and nothing is archived. Ordinary infrastructure backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before rotating out.
